The Wooden House is located on the south part of Tulum, in «Colonia La Veleta» a new developing area, aprox. 3 miles from the beach, 1-2 miles from the most beautiful Cenotes, less than 1 mile from supermarkets and fruit stores. We are located very near to the center of town (1km).Tulum is a hot spot for real state so youi will see constructions around and next to the property with unpaved roads. There are no construction rules here so it can be noisy. Infinity pool has a security glass around now We are located very near to the center of town (1km),

Walking distances from downtown Tulum. About 4 USD for a taxi ride from the ADO Bus terminal

During high season Dic-April traffic on the beach road can be a little rough sometimes and could take you a few more minutes to destination, just enjoy the view!
Tulum is about jungle, we provide daily cleaning but you my find some bugs from time to time!
If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
If bringing more guests overnight that are not shown on the initial booking we will kindly ask you to find another acommodation with no refund of any of the nights
Make sure when leaving the property, close the door properly.

Plan changes? How can I cancel my reservation?

In order for the cancellation to be valid, we need a written request by you and a written confirmation of the cancellation by us.Cancellations made by phone are not valid.
30% non-refundable charge of the total amount on any cancellation.
60% non-refundable charge of the total amount if the client cancels 90 to 31 days prior to arrival date.
80% non-refundable charge of the total amount if the client cancels 30 days or less prior to arrival date
