Soho Residences  are located on the south part of Tulum, in «Colonia La Veleta» a new developing area with unpaved roads, aprox. 3 miles from the beach, 1-2 miles from the most beautiful Cenotes, less than 1 mile from supermarkets and fruit stores. We are located very near to the center of town (1km). Tulum is a hot spot for real state investing so you will see constructions around town and next to the villas.   • If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
  • If bringing more guests overnight that are not shown on the initial booking we will kindly ask you to find another acommodation with no refund of any of the nights
  • Make sure when leaving the property, close the door properly.
  • No loud parties at night

Cancellation Policy

Plan changes? How can I cancel my reservation?

  • In order for the cancellation to be valid, we need a written request by you and a written confirmation of the cancellation by us.Cancellations made by phone are not valid.
    30% non-refundable charge of the total amount on any cancellation.
    60% non-refundable charge of the total amount if the client cancels 90 to 31 days prior to arrival date.
    80% non-refundable charge of the total amount if the client cancels 30 days or less prior to arrival date
