Soho Residences  are located on the south part of Tulum, in «Colonia La Veleta» a new developing area with unpaved roads, aprox. 3 miles from the beach, 1-2 miles from the most beautiful Cenotes, less than 1 mile from supermarkets and fruit stores. We are located very near to the center of town (1km).

Plan changes? How can I cancel my reservation?

  • In order for the cancellation to be valid, we need a written request by you and a written confirmation of the cancellation by us.Cancellations made by phone are not valid.
    30% non-refundable charge of the total amount on any cancellation.
    60% non-refundable charge of the total amount if the client cancels 90 to 31 days prior to arrival date.
    80% non-refundable charge of the total amount if the client cancels 30 days or less prior to arrival date
  • We will not be able to make any type of refund in case of cancellation of your flight. For this reason we invite you to purchase travel insurance that protects you in case of flight cancellation.
  • No refunds will be made and no credit will be issued in the case of early departures.
  • No refunds will be made or any type of credit will be issued due to bad weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, including any inconvenience or complication that may arise from the direct impact, or hurricane warning in the area. Hurricanes are unpredictable by nature. We invite you to purchase travel insurance that protects you from these inconveniences.
  • Soho hotels Tulum will not be responsible for any extra cost, evacuation or inconvenience that may arise from a tropical storm or hurricane.
