Soho House is located on the south part of Tulum, in «Colonia La Veleta» a new developing area, aprox. 3 miles from the beach, 1-2 miles from the most beautiful Cenotes, less than 1 mile from supermarkets and fruit stores. We are located very near to the center of town (1km).

Walking distances from downtown Tulum. About 4 USD for a taxi ride from the ADO Bus terminal

Great local vibe thanks to the great mix of locals and foreigners. Close to center but far enough away for sleeping peacefully

During high season Dic-April traffic on the beach road can be a little rough sometimes and could take you a few more minutes to destination, just enjoy the view!
Tulum is about jungle, we provide daily cleaning but you my find some bugs from time to time!
If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
If bringing more guests overnight that are not shown on the initial booking we will kindly ask you to find another acommodation with no refund of any of the nights
Make sure when leaving the property, close the door properly.

Cancellation Policy

Plan changes? How can I cancel my reservation?

In order for the cancellation to be valid, we need a written request by you and a written confirmation of the cancellation by us.Cancellations made by phone are not valid.
30% non-refundable charge of the total amount on any cancellation.
60% non-refundable charge of the total amount if the client cancels 90 to 31 days prior to arrival date.
80% non-refundable charge of the total amount if the client cancels 30 days or less prior to arrival date
We will not be able to make any type of refund in case of cancellation of your flight. For this reason we invite you to purchase travel insurance that protects you in case of flight cancellation.
No refunds will be made and no credit will be issued in the case of early departures.
No refunds will be made or any type of credit will be issued due to bad weather, hurricanes, tropical storms, including any inconvenience or complication that may arise from the direct impact, or hurricane warning in the area.
